Mr. Cook presently runs ThunderHouse Entertainment, (THE), an entertainment production company with interests in film production and publishing. He published his first novel, VEIL, in 2005 from The Veil Series, a ten novel franchise. The 2nd in the series, The Hammer of God, is presently available on Amazon’s Kindle. Regional “Reggie” Cook also has over twenty years of professional and entrepreneurial experience. He founded The Cook Financial Group, an investment advisory/consultant firm that specialized in corporate finance, private equity financing and venture/investment capital through complicated deal and transaction structures, private placements, innovative business models, and creative financing methods. He developed the South African Private Investment Fund for private equity acquisitions in South Africa, and cultivated an extensive database of contacts and relationships within the investment/Wall Street community including, fund managers, venture capital / brokerage firms, investment bankers, and wealthy individuals. Reggie designed and developed a comprehensive niche marketing strategy to attract first-time investors into the capital markets through themed mutual funds (The Frederick Douglass Heritage Funds).This project included extensive marketing research and planning, business plan development, and the formulation of a specialized grassroots sales strategy. Reggie has consulted for and advised numerous companies and entrepreneurs, utilizing business planning and development skills, marketing and sales expertise, and capital/investment raising strategies.
